In 2015, the mission, vision and values of Femmes en Emploi resonated in Mirlaine, and she became a member without any hesitation. A pillar of Femmes en Emploi, Mirlaine stood out for her commitment and genuine involvement in the organization. She fully contributes to all aspects of Femmes en Emploi. She served as Chair of the Board of Directors for four years and has served in the Executive Team as the Activity Coordinator since 2020. Mirlaine embraced Femmes en Emploi by swearing dedication and passion for what it is and what it has.
