2017: Drawing Contest
On the International Day of the Girl Child, Femmes en Emploi and FOVA (Fondation Voix Angélique), organized from September 1 to October 1, 2017, a great free drawing contest, open to all children and teenagers who like to draw or paint, on the theme: “Girl, take your place!”
They had to create a drawing and accompany it with a small text to explain the place of girls in the world and what can make them happy.
The work gave the jury members a hard time, as it did the previous year.
The drawing techniques were free: pencils, paint, felt pens, pastels, collages or digital files.
The most beautiful drawings in each category: 6-8 years old, 9-11 years old and 12-17 years old will be exhibited tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, 2017, starting at 6:00 pm at the Saint- Louis de Monfort Community Center, located in Laval.
Many of you participated, and we congratulate you all. We are pleased to announce the winners, several prizes, in each category, will be awarded. Find out in person tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, 2017.
